Our Difference

Conormara seeks to be actively involved in a small number of companies, and can assume full-time leadership roles when it makes sense.  We have significant experience in the skills required for growth: strategy, marketing and sales, and execution.  We pursue business with passion, driven by these principles:

• First, we believe that the right culture, based on common sense and integrity, results in both superior financial performance and a great place to work. We only become involved in businesses that have positive cultures.
   
• Second, we focus on a small number of investments. Focus and prioritization mean better results.
   
• Third, we have significant experience growing and improving businesses, and plan to stay actively involved in our portfolio companies. At the same time, we look to complement existing management teams, and develop leadership for the future.  Our approach is to add value so that all constituencies benefit.
   
• Fourth, we believe in positively impacting the local communities where the businesses are located.  We are not a strategic buyer that may relocate the business.
